Since 1983, Ruth Von Eberstein has worked diligently as a graphic artist and art director with her graphic design firm RAVE & Associates. Clients have included both local and international organizations in the areas of food, medical, educational, literary, high tech, financial, legal, environmental, and consumer products and services industries. A veteran designer and creative thinker, Ruth has almost three decades of experience as an art director and production manager and she considers herself to be a true problem solver. With experience launching brands, businesses, products and services, her intuition for what’s needed visually in both the short-term and long-term goals of a brand are hard to match.

Investing in technology and learning the most commonly used design applications such as Adobe CS5 is key to Ruth’s ongoing success. She is as much a project director as a designer, leading creative teams when needed to create a superlative product.
After earning a degree in design from Michigan State University in 1976, Ruth moved to Santa Barbara the same year. In the 80s, Ruth attended UCSB Extension and completed the Computer Graphics Certification Program. Her depth of experience rings through clearly when she’s on a project.
